After some positive feedback from a good friend, I was fortunate enough to start training with Lorna through lockdown. Her online classes were ideal for me as I have a full time job so it saves me so much time. I also love the fact that her classes are short and flexible. I can log in during my lunch break to do a 20 or 30 minute on-demand workout or I can join the live classes in the morning or evening.

The variety of classes is fabulous. I have been doing strength training for a few years but experienced nothing like this! Lorna challenges you and focuses on certain areas of the body explaining what’s working what part, and when to increase weights.

I also love Lorna’s pilates classes, I can literally feel my core improving with each move.

Her energy during her cardio classes is absolutely infectious!

Lorna’s nutrition knowledge is exceptional. She has made me think very differently about food and I love the fact that NO food is bad food!

I have dieted and exercised for years but whilst I may have lost weight, my body shape tended to stay the same, especially my pot belly! Since working with Lorna, my body shape has transformed and my belly is very nearly bikini ready at age 45!!

All of the positives mentioned here would be enough for most, but as well as being an excellent personal trainer, Lorna is such a lovely, energetic and supportive person. She cares so much for her clients and this shines though in all she does.
